I had to take this picture with my laptop because I forgot to bring my phone charger to my dad's house again. So, sorry for the dark spot. And, here's what they're saying:

Panel 1
Sally: Don't eat me!
Panel 2
Sable: Breakfast must not have agreed with me...

The only way I could really think of this working is if Sally attached a size modification module to herself and accidentally got eaten (probably by getting into Sable's breakfast). And now she's pulling on Sable's uvula, which is causing Sable to feel sick.
